Ankara \u00dcniversitesi Hukuk Fak\u00fcltesinden 1970 y\u0131l\u0131nda mezun oldu. 1971 y\u0131l\u0131nda Avukatl\u0131k Staj\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"akkadro__details-text\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">1972 y\u0131l\u0131nda burslu olarak okudu\u011fu \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bir s\u00fcre g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"akkadro__details-text\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">1972 y\u0131l\u0131nda Erzurum Atat\u00fcrk \u00dcniversitesi, \u0130\u015fletme Fak\u00fcltesinde Sosyoloji Bilim Dal\u0131 Asistan\u0131 olarak g\u00f6reve ba\u015flad\u0131. 1976 y\u0131l\u0131nda doktoras\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"akkadro__details-text\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">1978-1979 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ABD, Michigan \u00dcniversitesinde ziyaret\u00e7i \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi olarak g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"akkadro__details-text\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">1983 y\u0131l\u0131nda Sosyoloji Do\u00e7enti \u00fcnvan\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"akkadro__details-text\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">1985-1992 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda, Ba\u015fbakanl\u0131k, Devlet Planlama Te\u015fkilat\u0131, Sosyal Planlama Daire Ba\u015fkan\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"akkadro__details-text\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">1992 y\u0131l\u0131nda Marmara \u00dcniversitesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyeli\u011fi g\u00f6revinde bulundu. 1992 Y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda, yeni kurulan K\u0131r\u0131kkale \u00dcniversitesi\u2019ne kurucu Rekt\u00f6r olarak atand\u0131 ve 5 y\u0131l \u00fcniversitenin kurulu\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc. 1997 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda emekli oldu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"akkadro__details-text\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">1998 y\u0131l\u0131nda, Ankara Sosyal Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar Merkezi (ANAR)\u2019\u0131 kurdu ve be\u015f y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle koordinat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"akkadro__details-text\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda Adalet ve Kalk\u0131nma Partisi\u2019nden Ankara Milletvekili se\u00e7ildi. 58 ve 59. T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti H\u00fck\u00fcmetlerinde Devlet Bakan\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"akkadro__details-text\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Temmuz 2007 y\u0131l\u0131 genel se\u00e7imlerinde AK Parti\u2019den Ankara Milletvekili se\u00e7ildi.60. T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti H\u00fck\u00fcmetinde \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakan\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"akkadro__details-text\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Haziran 2011 y\u0131l\u0131 genel se\u00e7imlerinde AK Parti\u2019den K\u0131r\u0131kkale Milletvekili se\u00e7ildi. 61.
